Had both mine and my partners cars transported from Sydney to Perth. Pick-up was fine, but sent to the wrong State. Vehicles were then sitting in Queensland for almost 3 weeks before attempting a drop off, which is when the error was discovered. Vehicles were then promptly delivered to Perth in a third of the time initially quoted. Vehicles were delivered with 2x wing mirrors missing, but inside the car, and a reverse camera monitor smashed with no mention of the damage. Not very good.
Had got my vehicle transported through Prixcar. The vehicle had to be transported from Mornington Vic to Perth WA. Although I am happy that no major damages happened but there were couple of deep scratches on the side mirror and another reason for being unhappy was the delay in delivery. The vehicle was delivered four days after the ETA. It was sitting in Adelaide for almost four weeks. I was told that there is a delay due to congestion at the train terminal.
Was told car would be transported from Qld to WA by train once it arrived in Melbourne. Ended up on a ship from Melb. Originally told it would take 24 days. Ended up taking 40 days. They didn’t update me at any stage. Had to follow up and during one phone call they didn’t know where the car was. I knew there could be delays but let your customers know what’s going on
Had to get my Mini Cooper sent from Perth back to brisbane and was recommended this company by a colleague and they didn’t disappoint my car arrived on time and in perfect condition will definitely be using Prixcar again.
The online portal is great.nA nice way to track your car.nAlso I have used the online chat which was very helpful. Much better than being on the phone on hold for a while.nI have purchased a car from QLD and it arrived within 7 business days. Nothing to complain about really.
