We have had the pleasure of having Blue moon Property take care of our rental property and have nothing but praise with them. Communication is great. you always know what's going on. The team at Bluemoon are professional, friendly and efficient. We have 3 properties managed by them and have purchased 1 house from them. We would recommend them for sales or property management. I would not recommend Justen as an agent. My experience was that he was misleading and deceptive in his obligations as a professional real estate agent. The head of Blue Moon properties was extremely disappointed in the fact that Justen a franchisee did not follow standard REIQ procedures and as a result has cost me the opportunity to purchase this property. REIQ have been notified and are investigating.
Blue Moon look after a number of our rental properties and I am very happy with their excellent management & communication. Would not hesitate to recommend their services!
