R.G Sprake & Co has a long and distinguished history of serving the region with professional excellence in all facets of the real estate industry. Founded in 1938 by the late Mr Reginald George Sprake and his father the late Mr George Thomas Sprake, the firm has consistently provided a comprehensive range of services to clients of Maryborough, Hervey Bay and South Burnett Districts.

In 1960 Mr Bruce Reginald Sprake, the third generation of the founding family, joined the firm and now has almost 47 years in the Real Estate industry. Bruce, along with wife Carmen, became principals of the firm in 1978 dedicated to serving clients with integrity and providing a complete range of services to the people of Maryborough and Hervey Bay.

With Bruce's increasing involvement in property development throughout the district, administration of R.G Sprake & Co has passed to the current principal Mr Anthony (Tony) Reginald Sprake, the fourth generation family member of the family company, who joined the firm in 1995. Tony, like Bruce, is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Registered Valuer and is committed to providing the highest standard of service to all clients to ensure the continued success of the family-styled service in the ever-changing world of the future.

Tony is now joined in the enterprise by his brother-in-law Peter Mott also a Licensed Agent and Auctioneer.
