We had a sour soup hotpot with fish. I have never tried this dish before until my Vietnamese friend has introduced to me. What a lovely dish!! Loved it so much. I want to go back even just now to have them again. Only down side, there are all Vietnamese not enough English descriptions or photos so won't be easy to make an order.Food: 5/5
Try out goat hot pot and it quite yummy
Use to be our favourite place however tonight the service was terrible, staff were rude and ignored you, found hair in the beef & black bean, salt & pepper chicken ribs were raw. The whole restaurant was dirty and the rest rooms are absolutely disgusting. Sadly will not be returning.
Went to buy rice paper rolls and they didn't accept card for transactions under $25. I said I was happy to pay the surcharge but was told I must spend over $25. No compromise on this at all, he just blankly looked at me, I was speechless. I just walked a few doors down to Western Pho to buy it. At least there I was was told there is a 50 cent surcharge.
Just received my order which was also wrong and the serving portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller and the prices just getting higher and higher. Never ordering again.
Good authentic Vietnamese food. Quails and crispy chicken are nicely cooked. Others are not bad. Service is relatively good, unlike the comments I read prior to our visit.
Definitely the worst staff I have ever experienced. You'll wait an excessive amount of time to be served unless you're yelling out to the wait staff. We watched an elderly lady collapse and all the staff ignored her for 15 plus mins. They literally walked around her, not one staff member offered support whilst it appeared she was having heart issues. Shameful behaviour. Go elsewhere for better food and service.
Surprised there’s a lot of five stars when my review for Phát Thuận does not even deserve a star at all. Out of all the restaurant experiences I have had in the past, this one in particular takes the cake as the absolute worst. The food we ordered was clearly undercooked - yet the chef insists that it’s completely fine. Not even worth the price of the food. The waiters and especially the restaurant owner was very rude also.
Food was decent. Though service was bad. Asked if pineapple fried rice had meat in it, waitress wasn't sure, she checks with another waitress, she said yes. It came out and it does not have meat. I asked if they can fry up some chicken meat because i want meat and asked before. She checks kitchen, they said they can't just do a bit and have to do a whole big piece. I said nevermind though please inform customers that this dish does not have meat. I also witnessed another customer's order being incorrect, he ordered special beef noodles, they brought out some soup lol. It appears after rename to "Phat Thuan" that the new staff are abit clueless.
The worst dining experience ever, I wouldn’t give them any even single star if I could cuz they don’t deserve it. I ordered a Pho, and got some bean sprouts and basils which looked almost rotten. Can’t believe they serve this kinda quality of food. Plus, they miss something on my order, and I questioned, they kept telling me that one was right menu I ordered, they ended up adding it up with very rough manner, staffs are very rude, no apology at all. Never ever go to this restaurant again.
