Decent service, meals took forever to be cooked and served, prices are fairly high, too hot inside during summer. Mashed potatoes were cold but steak was tasty. Salad was boring... Rocket, a few small pear slices and next to no cheese.
Probably the best restaurant in the country. Great food. Great team. Great ambiance. It's a must visit if you are in Taupo. Highly recommended.

Stunning and delightful. Atmosphere, divine food, just a perfect location. Delicious food, great wines, attentive staff, and a place with character. Perfect!
Casual dining experience. Food was a little unusual which was excellent. Sweet and sour cauliflower, beetroot risotto, who knew. Food service just to the point of waiting too long thus the missing star. Some may feel the prices are a little high but ok. They were very busy.
Joao was a brilliant waiter when we visited recently and he made our experience at Vine even better. A great asset to the team - thank you Joao : Delicious food too!
