I found the whole experience of building with VHLS  easy and stress free. Everyone involved from start to end were very helpful. All questions  were answered quickly by the friendly team. They went to great lengths to have me in my house by the stated completion date. The couple of small problems I  had after moving in were quickly fixed. I cannot thank Matthew and the team enough and would recommend them to everyone.

Working with Matt, my experience was made nothing but easy and stress free. He communicated with me throughout the process on every stage, and would inform me if there was any set backs or if I needed to do something further. Being my first home, the experience in my mind prior to purchasing did seem a lot more intense that what it really was. The team at VHLS were always friendly when I came in, were always there to answer questions and the environment was nothing but inviting. 
 Thanks Matt and the team, I really appreciate all of your help and patience when dealing with me. I will continue to recommend you to anyone I come across who is looking to purchase.

Had an extremely positive experience with this company and also with dealing with Matt. Any questions we had were always promptly answered and we could always call him any time if we had any issues. We were able to modify our home to our liking and were also given great advice while doing so. I would and have recommended this company to friends and family and am glad they were recommended to us.

great company to deal with. Matt was extremely helpful and always prompt with a call back. plans were modified exactly as I had asked them to be and the inclusions were well and truly above what ANYONE would offer for the price! 10/10 would recommend Matt and the guys at vhls to friends and family and when its time for my next one I will most certainly be giving him a call to see where they have land.
