From the moment of our first meeting Jo really amazed us at how much care and warmth she showed, she really shared an interest and listened to what we wanted. Her attention to detail was outstanding with our home and talked us through absolutely everything, comparing to other agents we had also met, the decision was made so easy as Jo's level of service and communication was second to none. her efforts to make our experience as calm and easy as possible was the best thing for us. She sold our house in less than 2 weeks and always answered txts, emails and phone calls within minutes to a couple of hours, which was amazing. Knowing Jo would have many other properties, she made us feel like we were the only one. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Jo for your amazing efforts and meeting us at late night times to suit our needs!

From Rentals to Sales, Stockdale and Leggo Cranbourne are an amazing company to deal with. The staff are professional, knowledgeable of the industry, thorough, passionate and friendly to deal with. We can't thank them enough! A special mention to Andy Reid and Jo Mooney for all their hard work during the sale of our property .... you guys are awesome!!!

S&L have managed my property for a number of years now.
I first chose S&L over 2 of the other leading agencies, as they spent the time to clarify my concerns over the structure of the management plan and pricing per week of my property.
The other 2 leading agencies snickered and laughed at the estimated return my property could provide as it didn't align with theirs.
They attracted high quality applicants to my property and a lease was signed within a couple weeks of being on the market. I was extremely worried and emotionally attached to my property that the wrong type of tenant would move in.
The same tenant has been in my property since day one. The inspections are thorough and communication between the tenant and myself are prompt. The property is in immaculate condition.

Over the last 20 years we have bought properties through Stockdale & Leggo Cranbourne, and also had properties managed. I admire Malcolm Sloan's attention to detail and ability to completely understand what the his customer requires. All staff are well trained competent professionals, and a pleasure to deal with.
