I was gardener/handyman in this great place from late 2000 to late 2001. At the time I worked with a great crew of fellow guys under the leadership of our head boss by the name of David Whatley who was the head honcho and what a great boss too!! The working environment was bliss and sublime and I enjoyed it very much, the children were a curious oddity but always fun and friendly though. Us gardeners had a underground bunker area rek room were we'd all hang out for the start/end of the day count via our work while the main admin worked above us, very rarely did both parties ever mix though! I had also helped build a barbecue area and helped repair some drainage area around the back of the school via the carpark and the neighbouring Wesley College too (which I really really hope it's still there but I doubt it...). I also remember the day that was September 11 as well via my radio that I bought and we all stopped work and the alarm was raised while we were all listening to it via our underground rek room bunker and I'll never forget the commotion it brought with all employees, staff and school children heading home very early in the day because of it, myself included!! I'll never ever forget that day most of all!....Hope the place is doing well now days.
