Inconsistencies who hears your case. Let's be honest you're not exactly getting the best of the best. The problem is as an individual you're​ not given any assistance and if you're up against an expensive lawyer you're doomed. So much for a court for the little people. It's shameful.

useless place according to my experience. I bought a car from dealer and it brokedown in the third week and the second time next week. The dealer refused to fix and ask me to take it to the warranty company , the warranty company played words and refuse to pay anything. Unfortunately,the member found that dealer is prepared to fix it!? . How come? Also, 2days work and fixing a gearbox problem only costs 500 dollars according to member's view, which is truly shocking to hear about in this developed country. I doubt if this agency works as it should be,not because I did not get what I claim.But how bias the member see things and how weird the order sounds.

Located opposite of vegan protest. Mahyo ate chicken wing while watching protest. Mahyo awkward. Didn't know what to do with wing during mid-eat. Not only that, Mahyo has chicken wing tattoo.

Beware of Member Kylea Campana 'Ms Campana'. She is hellbent on increasing her public profile as a lawyer and will publish any and all written judgements online and ferry them off to her former journalist colleagues to write stories about them. Ms Campana is irrational, impartial and will almost always side with the landlord. As state above, be careful as she will sell off her written decisions to journalists to increase her public profile.

I thought the verdict was fair overall and I quite enjoyed the process even though I was a little nervous at first. System went by the way of neutralizing the situation rather than fighting for a win lose which is interesting. I would use VCAT again.
