My friend and I are both brow feathering clients of Victoria Jade. We both had repeated trouble getting a hold of her. She did not return our phone calls and texts. It is extremely frustrating and very unprofessional for a business to not return calls or texts from clients. Unheard of from any reputable business. I am baffled as to how she goes to extreme lengths to get the client however she does not return her client calls. Unprofessional ! Look after your clients Victoria, return client calls/texts.

Mel at Victoria Jade always takes the time to make sure my brows are perfect. This is the best brow place I’ve ever been to! Cannot recommend enough

I was nervous before I had my eyelashes done due to some horrid experiences. Victoria Jade explained the process to me over the phone which helped me understand. I had a curl & ting & I've not worn mascara since, I don't need too. I'm not easily impressed but my surprise is genuine. Client for life!
