The customers service is absolutely appalling! My lash refill appointment was moved from without any notification, they rang to tell me I was ‘late’ to my appointment and that they couldn’t accommodate for the full half hour although I advised I was 1 minute away from the store. 

15 minutes later I had a staff member Ella call me who was very pleasant and apologetic of the situation. She offered an extra 15 minutes if I were to re book. I decided to give them another chance and re booked. 

After having my refills I paid and walked out of the store looked at the time to only realise I wasn’t even given the extra 15 minutes as promised!

You have lost a regular client over 15 minutes and basic customer service!

They are probably one of the best lash extensions I have had done it’s such a shame they’re customer service to regular clients is not there. I had to move my regular 2 weekly appointment by 1 day due to having to work and they charged me a 3 weekly which I think is absolutely ridiculous for moving by 1 day. When I voiced my concern that I was paying for a 3 weekly i basically got told it is what it is which I think is wrong for someone who was consistently going every 2 weeks. The girls do a great job at lashes but unfortunately the lack of customer service wasn’t there and you can tell you’re just a number not a valued client. It’s a shame as I’ve been searching high and low for somewhere just as good.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews about the poor customer service at Brow & Lash Co. I pay significantly more to come here because their lashes are good, but their staff just do not care about the individual whatsoever and the business is clearly just aimed at trying to book more work over looking out for the well-being of their existing customers.

I had an eyelash irrigating my eye for 3 days but Brow & Lash Co was closed until Tuesday so I waited until my lunch break at work to go and have it checked out. It would have taken the technician less than 30secs to fix the eyelash that was hurting my eye, yet she refused to even have a look unless I made an appointment to come back at 4.15pm (which is impossible for me during my work hours). I’ve been in real pain, ripping my eyelashes out over the past 3 days and she could see that, yet refused to offer me any solution other than booking an appointment to come. I’m sure had she politely asked her customer for permission to look over my eye for a minute, that would have been fine.  But she obviously did not care at all about my wellbeing. 

I experienced a similar problem when I first got my lashes done there (where I paid close to $300 for the full set, lash shampoo and previous eyelash removal), yet again the only solution they could offer me was to book a new appointment for the following week and pay MORE to have my problem fixed.

They should consider the treatment of their existing customers before attempting to make money off new ones.

Don’t trust brow & lash. Have never left a bad review on any business but feel I have to warn others. Completely unprofessional and quality of work leaves much to be desired.  Appointment cancelled 3 minutes before - I was already parked out front. Had planned my Saturday around getting my lashes done and a spray tan before the holiday madness.  With a newborn baby - this is an especially logistically heavy excercise - showering before the spray tan, coordinating schedules and feedings with my partner, had literally planned the day around it. Previous experience was paying for a full set of lashes, most fell off and big gaps - I returned 3 days later and was charged full price to do a quick fix up as I had my boy with me.  This appointment was meant to be the chance to get the lashes right and I was happy to give it one last chance (things happen, totally understand that). But a cancellation minutes prior to the appointment will ensure I never return and will warn others of the same. Now left to try to find someone to fix my very messy lashes before the holidays with a tricky schedule. Awesome.
