I saw the bad reviews but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and went in anyway. I have never had someone be so rough and rushed with my hands/nails. I ended up bleeding on one finger from the nail file, I asked for almond shape and got square on four of my fingers, one of the nails is almost sideways and I asked for matte finish and she put shine on (some matte go on shiny and dry matte so I didn't notice until the end). I just wanted to leave. The whole experience (especially paying $50) was a huge disappointment!

Bliss...for an aged country hick like me needing a pedicure...but they do all the other nail stuff as well.

Worst customer service ever. The service was unprofessional, it took 110 minutes for a set of SNS to be removed and done which would take my usual nail salon 60 minutes at most. On top of that my cuticle was deeply cut with the drill they use and nothing was offered to help me. I asked for a bandaid and they said "yes, yes" but never got one and no sympathy was given by the manager there except utter apathy. The nail lady's incompetence was evident, given that the injury she inflicted on me could have easily been avoided altogether by simply asking me how my nails were prior to working on my nails. They only offered compensation of $5 which was a mere insult. The staff there seem to rotate, so you'll never be comfortably acquainted with anyone.
