I’m really disappointed with the experience I had. The lady at the reception was extremely rude and lacked basic respect. If someone doesn’t know how to speak to customers with courtesy, they shouldn’t be in a front-facing role. It completely ruined my day. Basic manners and professionalism should be a standard, not an exception.
I visited this place last week and encountered a very unfriendly and impatient receptionist. They showed no intention of solving my problem and only provided information that differed from what was stated on the VicRoads website. After multiple inquiries and confirmations, they finally asked me to sit and wait. The service I received here six months ago was much better compared to this time. It was truly disappointing.
We booked for a driving test at this center and it had a wonderful atmosphere, besides it had a fantastic and friendly staff. BTW, we came from Melbourne to this center and I highly suggest this to all.
The staff member I had wasn't very pleasant to deal with. She was clearly frustrated with answering any of my questions and helping me with what I needed. I found the staff member to be quite rude at times. I will avoid going to this branch at all costs in the future.
