I would like to make a formal complaint about my experience at the test centre.nnI attended my driving test appointment as scheduled. I was asked only one question, and when I did not fully understand it, I was not given any further explanation or assistance.nnInstead of being given a fair chance to understand and respond, I was told that my English was not good enough and I was not allowed to continue.nnEnglish is not my first language, but I believe I should have been treated fairly and respectfully. I was disappointed by the way the situation was handled.nnI am not seeking any further outcome for myself, as I have now passed my driving test at another location. The instructor and staff there were kind, professional, and supportive.nnI am making this complaint so that future applicants are treated fairly and given a proper opportunity.
Terrific experience at VicRoads Benalla. The lady at the counter was really helpful and had patience to answer all my queries. Dropped in for 315pm learners test at 2, and I was offered paper test which went fine. Just remember to Cross the correct answer instead of filling up the circles in OCR sheet.
My experience at this office was abysmal. With no ticketing or concierge I stood there waiting to be served while the 2 workers talked about their weekend. I approached the desk without being called, to which the staff member rolled her eyes like I had interrupted their conversation. She then proceeded to be condescending and rude, saying I needed my physical license or she couldn't help me. I offered my digital license which had expired, again she rolled her eyes. No greeting, or goodbye....I walked away feeling like I was the bad guy. With vicroads doing a big push for digital uplift, I dont understand why it was such an effort for this lady to help me. I only came into the office because I needed a new photo. I didnt get her name, but it was the lady covered in tattoos across her body. Bad attitude and terrible work ethics. Would not recommend coming here based off that one experience. Do better please.
