Apart from the booking fee vic roads charge that customer service officers can’t do anything about, the first time service I had was A1. The staff were respectful, polite, professional n completed my request even with some hiccups. Look forward to heading back for next task in Aug 2025. They did their best to be prompt n correct with procedure thank you to Jodie n others.
Absolutely Pathetic.. the best way to see what a labour run government looks like... enter this joint... terrible service.. every seat was full and 1 person was on the desk and clearly not interested in keeping things moving... I was the first person to sit down... and over 30minutes later I had to leave as they started serving people they knew by calling there names instead of using the ticket systemnnI wish I could say I'm never going to go back... this joint needs a complete overhaul in staff
The lady name tag turned around, but it ended with 'nia' was extremely helpful, & very polite & professional.
Staff need training on how to serve and treat customers. Rudness should never be tolerated, especially when our taxes are paying for their wages.
Although very understaffed they could not have been more helpful.
