Staff need training on how to serve and treat customers. Rudness should never be tolerated, especially when our taxes are paying for their wages.
I had a bad experience with the staff's attitude here when i went back twice and try to verify my full name with my learners permit , she explained to me my full name on my bank card different with my full name on my passport. That's ridiculous. Finally, i went to VicRoads Melbourne Cbd and i verified it so easy , the staffs in VicRoads Melbourne Cbd are so friendly, nice . I wasted my time at here and received attitude not good.
Returning to Bairnsdale after living in Perth for nearly 20 years, I just want to say how amazing it is to be served within 5 minutes instead of 30+ minutes. And the staff, WOW. I've never been served by such a friendly and helpful team, and that actually know their jobs so well.
Two staff on. I generated a ticket and sat down. Two customers at the counter so I thought I would be next. Three more customers came in and were served next. Then when I asked why I hadn't been served they said I could go next. It took 2 minutes to receive my information pack. Why generate a ticket if it doesn't put you in the queue? I think they just want people to do everything online.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. We got our business dealt with efficiently.
