Two staff on. I generated a ticket and sat down. Two customers at the counter so I thought I would be next. Three more customers came in and were served next. Then when I asked why I hadn't been served they said I could go next. It took 2 minutes to receive my information pack. Why generate a ticket if it doesn't put you in the queue? I think they just want people to do everything online.
We had an absolute great experience on Thursday. We had been a bit miss informed and came without an appointment to get my partners van registered into his name. Thanks to everyone who helped us out to make sure we leave with new plates back to Mallacoota.
Extremely satisfied with the service i received. The young Lady that served me was very efficient.
The only state that you need to make an appointment to change licence from another state .
It was packed, waiting time for some people was nearly 30min , not enough staff, the place is to small for a growing Bairnsdale, way to small.
Well I had to wait like 5 minutes because of the covid-19 virus as there can only be like 4-5 customers in at any time,, but other than that it's all good just get a number and you will be seen in 5 minutes...cheers peeps
I had a great experience today at VicRoads Bairnsdale. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly… can’t speak highly enough.. well done crew
Great service with clean public toilets. A rarity for Vicroads.
Pathetic hopeless organization not helpful rude and our roads are full of pot holes less than one star do not recommend all of them need to be sacked
