Chasing a delivery from Brisbane I have to give Sophie from Grinter a 10/10 for excellent and professional customer service and prompt resolution of my query. Peter
Do not use them, unless you want to be ripped off. They quoted me a price via email and on the delivery day I received a call that the delivery will be now 3x !!!! as much as they didn’t quote correct. If I chose not to pay the higher price they wouldn’t deliver the item. Stay away if you can and support honest companies.
Craig is the best truck driver, truck man in the game and I should know, I grew up around some of the best in the industry. 5 stars for customer commitment and customer service, hardest working transport company on the planet. Very proud of him.
Took 2 weeks to deliver from Melbourne to near Bairnsdale, then instead of backing their truck into the driveway, couldn’t get their trolley over the kerb, then dragged my $1300 air conditioner over the length of my stone/gravel driveway which caused some damage due to vibration and one of the parts of the aircon that was taped to the bottom of the polystyrene is missing. Not happy at all
