I have been visiting via 9 fairly regularly for the past couple of months. There is something to be said about not judging a book by its cover here. From the outside Via9 may not seem as updated as the cafe down the street but the food is amazing! The owner is a Chinese and French trained chef and has quite a remarkable way with food. Everything you see on the menu is made fresh by the owner on the premises, from the dumplings and fried rice to the croissant’s, Danish pastries, coffee gateau and breakfast menu he even bakes his own bread. The owner is very passionate about the food he creates and provides genuinely lovely service. His food is affordable and you can taste the quality. If you are going to eat here you will definitely enjoy it just be mindful to have some time spare as meal prep can sometimes be a bit of a wait.
I’ve been working in the area for a while and thought i’d give this place a try. Well. the food was amazing the pan fried dumplings are definitely worth a mention. Haven’t tried the breakfast but coffee was great too. Now, the food is made fresh by the owner every order. And he does it all himself. The only issue is the time it takes to get your meals, so if your impatient not the place for you, but know that it’s absolutely worth the wait
I'd give it a zero. Two attempts to order have failed, although they took the money. I tried to call directly, but the phone would drop out. Either they are already out of business or the should be. If they are, they should have the decency to announce it and stop taking orders and money. Pathetic. I've reported them to the appropriate authorities.
Very delicious Chinese food.
