I would NOT recommend this practice.nAfter 3 failed attempts to get them to carry out some X-rays. Including a consultation where I was told there was nothing wrong with my fur baby. Without attempting to look in her mouth knowing she had been treated for a possible ulcer and could not open her mouth fully, On pointing out the loose skin under her jaw I was told it was stretched skin from the suspected ulcer.nThankfully I found a Vet who listened and admitted her immediately where it was found she had severe infection that was attacking the bone. She has had 2 teeth removed.nThankfully she is recovering well. Praying the antibiotics help to ensure no further infection!
After being yelled at and treated like rubbish by the specialist at an emergency clinic, being back at Vetwest was a welcome relief. They were kind, caring and proactive nothing was too much trouble for them. Dr Tammy made me feel more at easy with her knowledge and caring nature, she made me feel more comfident in caring for my injured dog at home. Such a supportive enviroment.
All the staff are very caring and friendly. The Vet explained everything well and was very reassuring to my dog and me.nI have always had a good experience coming to this Vet hospital the staff genuinely love the animals. Lovely and clean and nice spacious reception area to seperate cats and dogs.
Dr Kate was thorough, caring & honest, ensuring that our cat received the best help, and at the same time guiding me through financial options, easy pressure and ensuring our cat was priority. Natalie & Kate were so comforting, showing compassion, guiding me through all options, such amazing staff who clearly love what they do and adore all their patients!
