Wow — what an amazing day hospital!nThe staff here are beyond caring. What was meant to be just a day visit turned into an overnight stay, and every single person I encountered was absolutely incredible. So genuinely caring, attentive, and supportive the entire time.nnThank you to all the staff — you truly made a my stay so much easier. The facilities were perfect as well. Highly recommend.
Excellent care, wonderful help and support from all of the Doctors and Nurses in both the SSSU and the Endoscopy theatre. And when booking in, the Nurse was very helpful too.nI spent two nights in the Surgical Short Stay Unit SSSU and was very well cared for.nMy room in the Ward was clean and tidy.nThank you for the great care.
Super friendly and professional staff, great place when you need support. Came here for my first colonoscopy, a bit scared and uncertain what to expect. From reception to nurses and doctors everyone was friendly and helpful, a great expereince. Place was busy and efficient. So grateful for our public health system.
Visited Varsity Lakes Day Hospital for my pre-admission appointment today 24/12/25. The doctors, nurses anaesthetists and pharmacists are so lovely and caring. It feels like a treat just to visit.nThank you
