Arrived on Friday 11 October, for minor surgery, was greeted and looked after initially by Nurse Jane, who was delightful, a pre-op Scottish nurse called Lindon I think from memory, also so friendly, and another lovely post-op nurse who provided sandwiches and coffee and further information. Thank you again to all the staff who made my visit very comfortable as they were so caring and kind.
What an incredible Team of professionals. You don’t often hear of good reviews in public hospitals but this place definitely deserves the ratings. From the reception staff, nurses, to the anaesthetists, surgeons and everyone else, all genuine, caring, professional people. Thank you for making my surgery so successful.
Had a minor surgical procedure here. Arrived and was greeted by friendly reception people, then taken care of by Tanya - she was absolutely lovely, as was everyone. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Heated blankets were wonderful.
I visited yesterday, Varsity Lakes Day Hospital, Pre-Admission Clinic and I was extremly impressed ! This is an unique experiece with a very professional, kind, supportive team. Starting with Kimberly, looking after by the amazing Ali, Deb, Dr. Jessica and Jasmine, who went beyong expectations to accomodate me in a long day of tests before my surgery. The way those amazing women opperate is joyfull and respectful for us and each other. I was very impressed by everyone I was in contact with. Congratulations, Pre Admission team, you made my day !!! I have to say, best hospital experience in my life. Had a procedure under general anesthesia and I was so anxious about it all but all the team from the front desk to the surgery room made me feel very welcomed and caring! Also all the facilities were supper clean, comfortable and modern. Big Thank you to all the staff!
