I have been riding at valley park for the past 6 Years (approx) and I have always felt welcome and confident there. Valley Park has taught me responsibility, strength, time mangment and many other things. From group lessons, to semi privates, to private lessons, I have always come out feeling like I’ve learned something new. Th staff are so caring and lovely and are always willing to lend a hand. I have and will continue to recommend this place to other people looking to ride. :)

VPRS is a beautiful property located in Templestowe. Staff are very helpful & friendly, horses are treated very well & look happy & healthy. The holiday program is great for children of all ages & my 11yr old Daughter loved it. We have now booked in for weekly riding lessons which are very reasonably priced compared to other riding schools in the area. Highly recommend VPRS.

There was a comp at the riding school to rate it 5 star, bit ridiculous tbh. I rode at VP a few years back (hopefully it has improved) VP is the closest riding school to Melbourne which is good however the staff were just a bit rude, didn't learn as much as we were paying for the school which was disappointing Owner of the school was mean to the parents and children, picking School horses were taken care of well, couple had pretty bad ground manners. Staff favoured the agistees in a big way which is extremely unfair, glad they made the desicion to cut the agistment. As I said I hope this place has improved since I've been there, some friends of mine still go there and they have said it has gotten a lot better which is a good sign. Still, the 5 star comp was weird and encouring fake ratings to win a "prize"

I have been riding here since 2015. An amazing school, I have learnt so much and my instructor Renee is amazing teacher and knows what she is doing and always corrects me on my position. I am very lucky to have the opportunity to ride at such a wonderful and positive riding school with a horse for every person. I recommend this place 100% if your looking for a place to have a party or just to take up a hobby!!

I have been riding at Valley Park Riding School for 2 years and my skills have greatly improved from all the lessons at Valley Park. All the staff are very friendly and keen to see that I get the most out of each lesson. My regular instructor Steph is an awesome instructor but equally are all the other instructors. I am really enjoying riding Clyde and he is just big gentle giant with kind heart. He is forward and very receptive to leg aims which is good asset to my learning steps to be able to focus on other horsemanship skills. Love my weekly lessons and look forward each week to been taught more by Valley Park.
