I recently ordered a family order, consisting of 2 tenders boxes, plus some other items. I got home to give the food to my family and noticed that the 2, what were supposed to be tenders boxes, were actually chicken on the bone thigh or something else I’m unsure of I myself can’t eat this chicken as it makes me feel very ill, and therefore the only chicken I eat is the chicken breast off the bone. This was very disappointing, so we tried to call KFC Morwell multiple times, all of which we were not answered. On top of this, the zinger box we ordered which is said to contain 3 boneless chicken tenders, had 1 chicken tender the size of a 20 cent piece, and 2 full size tenders. Not good enough.
Very disappointed with KFC Morwell, visited there on Friday night, went inside and placed order. When it was ready they called out order.. which was our order but when we got home 2 of our boxed meals weren't what we ordered. Rang the store to chat to someone but no answer so I left a message with a brief description of what was calling about and left my number for someone to call me back. Today is Tuesday and still no call back ‍
On way home from Air Force Cadets, daughter wanted something to eat says they are open till 10pm but doors are locked, after knocking on the door for 5mins & staff visibly siting my daughter we decided to try drive-thru. It was only in drive-thru that staff told us that the restaurant area is closed & doors are locked from 9pm.Food: 4/5
Was in the drive thru when I got a good old zinger box, next thing I know I see a Russian APC approaching the store, the workers all came out and bravely fought it off guns in hand, life changing 10/10 serviceFood: 5/5

My burger looked nothing like the one advertised. Not happy about the price of a thin piece of chicken and stuff all lettuce. Will NOT be back
The place is absolutely filthy doesn't look like it's been cleaned properly in months
