The food here is always pretty good. Service isn't too bad, could be better though.Food: 5/5
Only customer, but still took over 7 minutes to be served. Staff looked at me but did not respond, I was about to say something when a staff member approached. The chicken nuggets were barely warm as were the chips and the chips were VERY salty . Over all not a good experience.
We don’t have KFC much only when my husband really wants it and I always get 3 pieces and chips NO DRUMSTICKS I hate drumsticks and without fail I get a drumstick the chips are old and unseasoned but for once this time the chicken was ok not great but ok. It’s a real shame cause Kentucky fried chicken was my favourite takeout back when you could smell the beautiful aromas from a mile away and would make you crave it just from the amazing aromas but it’s now my least takeout that I want but I think from now on when my husband wants it I’m going to make a sandwich and even my husband says it’s not that good but he forgets and wants it every now and then. I will never have it again I’m not sure how hard it is to NOT put a drumstick in and to have fresh and seasoned chips NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER MORWELL KFC
Just got a 6 piece box from morwell kfc. We asked for no wings and got 2 wings! I love kfc but this chicken was so overcooked I could barely bight into it. When I did get into it it, was so dry I could not chew it. Absolute disgrace. 5.75 pieces of chicken thrown in the bin. What a rip off.
Staff talk to much resulting in me getting the wrong food Then having to drive all the way back there And rest of food got cold in the mean time Extremely annoyed Would not recommend this shop to anybody ever they definitely need to train their staff better

My burger looked nothing like the one advertised. Not happy about the price of a thin piece of chicken and stuff all lettuce. Will NOT be back
All Tables smeered with greasy substance. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned. Still didn't make a difference. Remained all greasy. I think they need a stronger cleaning product to cut through grease, and a clean rag. Was quite gross. Food was fine although the individual fillet was very very small... much smaller than the ones in the burgers. We asked for sweet chilli sauce, got s&s instead. There were no problems swapping it, but they gave less quantity of sauce back. It was not busy as we were the only ones in there. Perhaps we're focusing more on drive through at the time.
