Valewood Clinic has a proud reputation of servicing the Monash region of Melbourne for more than 40 years. Our doctors have a broad range of experience including post graduate qualifications in geriatric medicine, travel medicine, occupational health and sports medicine. Our team comprises 16 doctors (full and part-time), registered nurses, specialists and allied health. Valewood Clinic is an AGPAL accredited general practice and all doctors are vocationally registered.

I have seen Dr Vinay Timothy at Valewood Clinic three times now. Each time I've been impressed by how how pleasant he is, his listening skills, humanity, and diagnostic capabilities. I like his interest in preventative medicine and nutrition, as I believe these to be highly important to good health. He was also respectful of my preference for natural medicine, unless there is good reason for utilising pharmaceuticals. Which there was the first time I saw him. I'm really glad to have found such a good GP. Thank you, Dr Timothy .nnAlso, the reception staff at Valewood Clinic are very warm, pleasant and helpful. Thank you, it is much appreciated.
I recently had a health check at Valewood Clinic, and from the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every step of the process, from check-in through to all of my tests, was handled with professionalism and care. They made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. If you're looking for a clinic that provides excellent service and genuinely cares for its patients, I would highly recommend Valewood Clinic.
We see Dr Artha regularly and are so grateful for the incredible support and attentive care he consistently provides for both adults and our child. We’ve also seen Dr Lucien recently who also showed great care and knowledge and was excellent at explaining things. We really appreciate the team at Valewood for being our amazing health care team.
I have been visiting this clinic for well over 25 years now, even though I no longer live in Mulgrave. Been seeing Dr O’Keefe for at least 23 years now and she is wonderful. The best GP I have ever had. So helpful, thoughtful, understanding and supportive. The clinic has a real gem in her! The reception staff are very good.nPamela
I have been coming to this clinic for 14 years now, and unfortunately my last few experiences have lead me to look for another clinic and me nor any of my family will be coming here again.nnI have been of ill health recently, I had a telephone appointment last week for this - almost 2 hours delayed and the excuse was they called the old number for my profile I’ve requested this, my address and my Medicare to be updated at a bare minimum of 5 times now: they haven’t done it My appointment was 7 mins and I didn’t really get anything out of it besides a script, $110.nnAs a result of my ill health I have internal bleeding. A priority primary care clinic told me to go back to my gp asap and discuss my ultrasound results. They told me they didn’t have the results they did because so did i, I just don’t have the knowledge to understand the report and that nobody could see me because I haven’t been their patient before. I’ve been coming here for 14 years, I have literally seen every single doctor in the entire clinic on multiple occasions. A joke. I ended up in emergency and they can confirm that my results were readily available and could have been discussed.nnThen i finally get the call to discuss my results today. My appointment is at 1pm. It gets to 1:15pm and the Receptionist informs me that the doctor I’m seeing hasn’t shown up for work yet…? So I ask okay, now what? I got asked to come here for this important discussion for my results. I asked if another doctor could see me, nope they can’t. My doctor finally arrived, now with a waiting room full of patients for him. Where was he? Getting groceries at Coles. Literally. He came in with them.nnNice to know my time, health and money is respected here and if I hadn’t demanded to be bulk billed, today would have cost me $120.nnOn top of, no apology from said doctor. No apology from anyone matter of fact. Just a vague statement about my results that may I add I need surgery for, barely even acknowledging me and sent on my way.nnPerhaps, Valewood. You should consider the way you are treating your patients that have been paying your bills and wages for quite literally a decade with a little bit of respect. Absolutely repulsive.nnAlso, note to anyone seeing Dr Vinay Timothy: Hope he thinks you’re more important than Coles!! lol
