Valewood Clinic has a proud reputation of servicing the Monash region of Melbourne for more than 40 years. Our doctors have a broad range of experience including post graduate qualifications in geriatric medicine, travel medicine, occupational health and sports medicine. Our team comprises 16 doctors (full and part-time), registered nurses, specialists and allied health. Valewood Clinic is an AGPAL accredited general practice and all doctors are vocationally registered.

Dr Artha is the most genuinely caring human being and doctor I have ever met. After seeing multiple doctors who could not figure out what was wrong, Dr Artha managed to pick up I had a rare adrenal condition. But even more than that, I have not met anyone who communicates and cares as much as he does. We will definitely be regulars at Valewood Clinic now.
Money hungry and rude!!!! Fancy charging $46 to get results of an X-ray for a possible fracture that we had to wait overnight for! Call lasted a whole 60seconds, not even the min 6 minutes as per the invoice. Feel free to reach out for a screenshot of the call, happy to settle the $7.70
Don’t bother … Dr Ankur Bansal was double booked so a 10.15 was over 45 minutes late on a Sunday. Most likely the clinic’s fault rather than the Dr. Valewood clinic’s customer service is so very poor. It’s sad really.
I would like to share my sincerest appreciation for a new doctor at this clinic - Dr Artha Srithar - we normally see Dr Peter Lackner who is absolutely amazing, but he was not available to see our little girl, so we made an appointment with Dr Srithar. Dr Srithar was very thorough to our little girls needs and has booked a follow up phone call to ensure the medication he prescribed has had the intended effect. Well done Dr Srithar and thank you Valewood Clinic for always ensuring your doctors are of the highest standard. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for any medical needs.
I am a patient of Valewood Clinic since my arrival to Australia and Dr George has been our family doctor since then. He is an amazing GP. So far the receptionists were very nice and kind. Today I was shocked with the way the receptionist Linda communicated with me when I wanted to book my GP. She was extremely rude to me. I don’t believe a GP practice can run a long journey with such rude staff to the patients. Furthermore I am also a GP practicing in Victoria and I know how dedicated and kind our staff to the patients.
