I called Box Hill and Clayton and they were able to assist me on booking a scan at Mulgrave. I called them initially to have an ultrasound but was informed that I needed a special scan to be done for endometriosis as indicated on my referral. I was happy at the staffs with their clear communication. Irene and Jane were the ones who assisted me.
Appointment booking was initially a pain but after my OB’s practice called to discuss with them the situation of my pregnancy, I was being so well looked after. I would like to specially thank Dr Jayshree, sonographers Su, Kate and Lisa who looked after me throughout my pregnancy with twins. The ultrasound reports ended up being pretty accurate with the actual size of both my twins measuring about the same as what the reports have written. I’d also love to thank Jane from Box Hill and Hailey from Mulgrave who helped me with those twice-a-week appointment bookings. You all made up a great team! P/s: I had my appointments mostly at Box Hill and Mulgrave. Parking is free onsite at Mulgrave practice and there are plenty of 2P free parking spots near Ekera Medical Box Hill Severn St & Nelson Rd.
I came for an ultrasound to get a cyst checked out. The staff were really lovely. I was given information about the cost when booking the appointment. The technician answered my questions and even got advice from the doctor when I asked something she wasn't sure of. She was very gentle. Plus there aren't pictures of pregnant women and babies all over the walls. Just tasteful decor. Not everyone attending will be there for happy baby reasons, so I appreciated that.
Excellent phone service. Staff is well trained, respectful and friendly. Service was provided at the scheduled time, with no waiting period. Ultrasound responsible Katie is excellent, very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Monash Ultrasound for Woman.
4 weeks of waiting and being stuffed around for NIPT results and still waiting! Reception are less than helpful and rude, confirmation from the lab the results were done and sent and still waiting. Had to redo the NIPT after waiting over 2 weeks for the results the lab had to put in a complaint to have our results released by monash it’s an absolute joke. The ultrasounds received here were great but that’s as far as it goes.
I attended this clinic at 11weeks with my Husband for our Harmony Test. As this will be our first child, of course, this is all very new to us! Both the ladies at the front desk, our Sonographer and in particular the lady who took my bloods were all very friendly and patience. All staff were very happy to explain any questions we had re:processes or developmental queries and for me most importantly, were very understanding about my personal experiences! Pregnancy can be very exciting but at times challenging and to have this type of support was outstanding and I am extremely grateful! Well done team x
I would never recommend this clinic. Was treated incredibly rudely by the lady at the desk who showed absolutely no compassion for my situation. Was not allowed my husband in the scan even though this was not mandated by law. It was simply a decision this clinic made. Even though I was visibly upset as I had not yet heard by baby's heart beat or known if everything was okay, the lady at the desk basically told me I should go elsewhere then and her daughter wasn't allowed anyone in the room during her scans either so what's the big deal. Obviously nobody knows anybody else's situation but the lack of care for mental health during a time that is already very tough was astounding. Definitely go somewhere else if you actually want to receive good service

I was a bit hesitant in booking with this place due to the Google reviews but I booked it anyway as I needed it done within a certain time frame. We had the ultrasound here today and the team were so lovely! We had an early appt and we waited maybe 5-10 mins max after filling in all the new patient paperwork. Out of all of the places we’ve been to we will definitely be coming back here. The lady who did our scan knew exactly what she was doing and went into a lot of detail. Thank you so much :
I had a wonderful experience here. I was running late and at first the receptionists asked me to make an appointment for the next day, however after a bit of begging and them checking with the synographer, they let me in for my appointment. When I got there, the receptionists were friendly. Though I was most impressed by the synographer who was very professional and friendly, made me feel very comfortable and provided detailed explanations of what was happening. She also gave her experience on hospitals and health insurance.
