Vicki, the receptionist is so inefficient. She does not know exactly what she's doing or what she should have done. Wasted my time. And that Dr Ibrahim is so arrogant. He will hurrry u up and starts to be rude. What a lousy and rude pair! Only consolation, the nurse knows what he's doing.

Staff have always been friendly and professional in my experience. I have needed the doctor alot lately and they have been amazing! Always a friendly greeting and farewell! Can't recommend this practice highly enough!

The receptionist is lovely always kind to my kids but seems to always be on the phone chatting away and the doctors are horrible especially in being friendly towards us customers Had a appointment with Dr Pooyan Tofighi and he just looked like he couldn't be bothered with you really. His facial expressions looked as if he was disgusted in you I mean find a different job if youre not happy with your current job. We are unwell patients coming in to see you to hopefully have you diagnose us and treat us with your professional advise but to come in and have you look the way you did was absolutely off putting. Doctors here seem to rush you out they don't listen to your symptoms and don't make eye contact with you either. I have never experienced such an awkward situation with a doctor What a waste off space that clinic is

After trying 9 doctors in 2 weeks desperately trying to get to the source of my knee pain and seeing doctor after doctor who would be in a rush to get me out the door (was told to ‘drink more water’ WTH), I found Dr Ibrahim who got me the answer and within a week I was on the road to recovery... If you want to see a doctor that’s more than a ‘glorified certificate writer’ I strongly suggest you give this place a go...100% recommend!!!! And the receptionist is so lovely, she brightens my day 😊😊
