I am a cancer patient from St Stephens hospital and began buying my maitenance meds from this pharmacy over a year ago. The staff are very enthusiastic, friendly and competent. The Terry White app certainly makes ordering meds very convenient too.
Excellent service. I have been a regular customer here for several years and the pharmacist in charge is so good at her work, so switched on. The help i have received here from her and her staff is really something. All the staff are excellent at their work, and excellent human beings. Much appreciated always.
Warning! Warning! Warning! The pharmacist claims to know about dealing with DVA, she doesn't. All you get is the run around. Totally hopeless service. I have been dealing with DVA for a few years now and have had numerous prescriptions written and processed by various doctors and pharmacists. This pharmacy has lost my business and I will warn other DVA people to avoid it as well as they have triggered my PTSD by there incompetence.
The pharmacy staff were incredibly helpful. Perfect example of great customer service.
