Unlike the previous post I have been dealing with the 2 ladies who look after the sleep apnoea machines and they are both great. Our appointments are usually with Rowena who is new to the store but she has been nothing but helpful and efficient and putting in 110% effort for me. Thanks Rowena it is appreciated.
As new residents of Hervey Bay I find it extremely disappointing to have Friendlies send out their Super Savers catalogue with misleading advertising. Continually advertising items since January that when requested have been told they are unavailable. Amazing that other pharmacies and supermarkets are able to stock the same item. Is this the way Friendlies try to get customers into their store, if so, after the third time trying to purchase their advertised items I will not return to this pharmacy. Appalling customer service.
Very good attentive customer service. Join their membership for great discounts. A very good stockage of disability and post-op aids. Nicely appointed store.
An employee of your store, at 9am Sun 12th March, obviously late for work, sped through the car park, almost wiping out people at pedestrian crossing on slippery wet road, outside Woolworths then still kept speeding through car park, then ran into your store. Everyone watching were horrified - slow down before you kill someone!
Very limited in range here, I suppose they can't help the shop size, but on that point a lot of the shop space is taken up by things like pretty slide on shoes and jewellery, if you are up this way and need a script filled they will definitely do that, but I am far more inclined to go to chemist warehouse for a shop or specials.
The women on the C_pap counter are the rudest shop attendants I have ever discovered. I gave up going there 12 months ago, because of the senior woman's bad attitude. Relented today and went back, to find the newest employee who works beside the older employee on that counter, has inherited the attitude of the other. I was too much trouble for her, whilst looking the stock, she yelled " come here". I looked around, expecting a dog to be standing near me. She did this twice, amongst other smart comments. Madam, because she couldn't find what I needed, decided to make an appointment for me in a week's time, with the lovely woman who is the expert, to find the part I needed. This would be at a charge of $35. Wow....change your business name please. I could think of a more suitable name for your business
Pharmacist refused to sell me asmol, an over the counter medication. She wanted me to provide a management plan before she sold it to me and sent me away with nothing saying if something happened it would come back on her. I tried to explain that it would be worse to send people away with nothing. She still chose to not sell it to me and I was spoken to appallingly. This woman has done this to many people. I let my doctor and other chemists know. Some staff are lovely other staff look at customers like they're an inconvenience and the wait time is huge. Take a packed lunch so you have something to nibble on while you watch staff stand around talking to each other and not serving people.
5 Stars, fantastic customer service. Shout out to Belinda who helped me when Covid struck. Organized everything we needed and had it delivered within the hour. On the mend
WARNING WHAT A RIP OFF on dressings i dont normally reveiw chemists but this is theft there price is nealy triple to Priceline but I had to get them here because Priceline was out Evan the staff say there expensive
Lazy service and not all staff are friendly. Long wait for scripts. No one knows who was waiting first so lots of customer push ins. Causes a lot of frustration. Not as many staff as there was couple years ago. Have they changed hands??
