Normally i have a great experience here but today a register staff called petah something was yelling at us to come to the register, when i thought the lady in front of me was first, it felt so rude, like she was herding cattle. Turned out the lady in front of me was with the lady in front of her, but how was i to know? Petah whatever needs better training in customer service.

Rudest Staff…… Not the first time……Clearly not the last time…. Constant complaints from staff themselves complaining about working or they look at you like they can’t be bothered with you……nChemist Warehouse should hire better staff all round that enjoys their jobs or can be a decent human being……

Oh yeah this place was good. Someone actually asked me if I wanted help finding anything, which I did, so that was nice. Haven't had that a chemist Warehouse before. It was like a cookie cutter Chemist Warehouse, which is cool and all, just slightly better service. Peace

If you have staff on the counter at the Pharmacy side, please train them correctly.nThe girl today tried to turn me away stating twice incorrectly  that I needed a script for an over the counter medication.nIf she can't be bothered taking three steps and looking behind her, rather than tell people the wrong thing, perhaps she should seek out a desk bound job.

Friendly and helpful staff, great range of products and the opening hours are fantastic for the people who work long hours. Well done Gerry and staff
