Excellent as I needed help with the right vitamins I had no worries finding wasn't familiar with the actual vitamin product I was after & Honest bout it ... & Swiftly went to grab someone who knew the info I needed .. within a minute I had the right product in my hand & off to the checkout!!n... Surprised to see the Help I received was also the lovely lady who was at the checkout I went throughnHappy to return back to chemist warehouse the next time it's on my list for the day ..... !!The worst chemist in Hervey Bay!!! Scripts are not cheaper here they are actually more expensive. The wait time to collect scripts is ridiculously long. I Left them with a script had a call an hour later to say it was ready to collect. The first staff member at prescription pick up was straight up rude. I let her know my name and that I was called to collect the script she ignores me then continues on, I wait a few minutes and ask another staff member behind the counter and i was acknowledged but she said I'm doing something else and was ignored again. I go to were you hand in the scripts and asked for assistance and she just grabbed it straight away no problems. Only redeeming quality was the male pharmacist was not rude and apologized for the incompetence of his staff. Would not recommend this store I would even go so far to warn against going to it.
I was reminded for the second time tonight why I don’t spend my hard earned cash in this pharmacy. I always find it interesting that a pharmacist seems to think they know more about your medication than your GP or Neurosurgeon does. Being refused your regular medication in front of a large group of customers is not only distressing but it is also humiliating. A customer needs to be shown some respect and dignity when they are obviously not well and in need of their REGULAR medication. Another point to make is the staff were all unhappy and not very helpful. I always say the best way of showing a business you were not happy with their service is by your absence. Thanks, I’ll close the door behind me.
Rude service. Made a purchase on 15 Jan and checking the receipt was charged twice on an item. Went in on 16 Jan to advise and was told to check when they are serving next time. Or you can teach your staff how to do their job and some customer service. Wont shop here again
Online and in store information on their website doesn’t match up sadly.nHas lost my vaccination, didn’t order it in on time. Told me they didn’t have it then found it by ‘fax’. My doctors don’t have a fax machine. It was sent by email. Disappointed 5 stars now down to 1.
