Needless to say I have falllen in love with this place, ive been roping everyone to going and trying it out - i am above and beyond impressed by how the staff and atmosphere have rocked my world. I was grappling at the idea for YEARS and finally not only am i hooked but gripped. Amelia was my first point of interaction with the staff and there are not enough nice things i can say. Amelia was very educated and informative when instructing and eager to show the place around. Best decision evern+1000000000/10
Serendipity!nThe café in this place is wonderful! A large, welcoming space, great coffee, and friendly staff. The place also gets full marks for no surcharge on card transactions; how rare is that these days!nKeep up the good work, Guys; one day you might see me climbing the walls!
Had an amazing time here these past two weeks. I’ve fallen in love with top rope climbing! The beginner deal with two weeks of unlimited climbing was awesome, and I’ve already recommended it to friends. Great place to climb.
Urban Climb West End is a great place for bouldering, with plenty of routes and a good range of difficulty levels. It’s a fun venue whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced climber.nThe small café is also a nice addition, offering a variety of drinks.nnMy only criticism is that I found some of the political messaging displayed by staff a little unnecessary in a workplace setting. Climbing gyms are often places people visit to relax, exercise and switch off, so I personally prefer them to feel as neutral and welcoming as possible.nnAside from that, it’s an enjoyable place to climb with lots of variety.
My son 15 and I 45 instantly loved the entire environment, vibe and atmosphere of Urban Climb West End from the first time we walked in. We have become members and are there climbing multiple times most weeks. 10/10 good times!nnSpecial note to Sam who works there, Sam did our initial safety induction and has been truly lovely and welcoming to both of us every time we have been there. He also was super attentive when my son had a minor fall and cared for him while I got our car and emailed the next day as well.nnURBAN CLIMB RULES!
