Wouldn’t recommend for under 13s parties. Booked a 12th birthday party here they have dedicated bookings for parties. They are supposed to come with a dedicated instructor. Website wasn’t clear that people need to be 13 to belay a climber so we needed to last minute acquire some extra adults to help out. The instructor ensured everyone was properly harnessed and the adults would be safe to belay then disappeared. The instructor did not help belay children. 12 year olds also can’t use the bouldering area, there too climbers must be over 13 an insurance risk apparently. It’s worth observing that they will not store cold food for the party either. They were lovely in assisting with parking in a very limited parking space. It is a great venue for indoor climbing it’s massive with a great social group to back it up. It’s even pet friendly although I don’t really understand why you’d bring your dog to get tied up near the entrance. It also has a nice looking on site cafe although I’ve not actually tried it out.
It’s my first time to visit here by myself. The staff was so friendly and gave me socks and talcum powder And first time can get two weeks for free. Can’t wait to come again. By the way cafe so amazing!
My son and I had a great time. Although their website says it’s free for first visit. I paid 80+ for two of us including the gear hire. It would have been nice if it was discussed at the counter. I could have done the casual weekly membership and it would have been cheaper. Parking on site is limited. For someone who doesn’t live in the City make sure you download the App for street Parking. It’s my second time doing the wall climbing and I must say I am enjoying it. The demo was very informative and helpful for beginners like us. The place is beginner friendly and they have bouldering options as well.
Went here when travelling to Brisbane. I was doing top rope. A lead climber started climbing next to me. Next thing I know he was above me and doing a dynamic move. A staff member came, she looked at him and just walked away. He did not fall thankfully. But it was really dangerous. He was right above me. It made me question the professionalism of the staff there.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. What an amazing environment! The climbs are super well set, and there is such a variety of really, really good climbs. The vibe is so welcoming and the staff are absolutely FANTASTIC! Not to mention the coffee is absolutely delicious. I love that they have a cafe as part of the wall. We were just absolutely blown away by this place and cannot thank the staff enough

I would love to visit again as it was just a day’s experience, but they offer a two-week free trial. I could not visit many times due to lack of time, but it is a amazing place
Amazing gym and friendly staff. On my first visit, I was super scared and afraid because I have never been before. However, the staff are super friendly and most people there are approachable and nice. If you're going for the first time, I recommend wearing a pair of black socks shoe hire and light clothing chalk may stain your clothes temporarily.
My favorite place in Brisbane. For first-timer, you can pay $26 and shoes hire then free entries for the next 2 weeks, including gym and yoga! What a great way to start your climbing experience. People here, either staff or climbers are so friendly. Easy to make friends and learn from others. They change routes for a side of wall once a time. You can barely finish all lines in a week. So really fun and I visit 4 times a week!
I love to go bouldering here. Such a nice big open area with great facilities and a nice bar / cafe area. Friendly staff, pet friendly and a great atmosphere. They also have locations in milton and newstead so if you feel like some new climbs they’re not far away. Despite saying that they update this one every week with something new to challenge yourself. They even have a training wall and gym equipment! If you’re looking to get fit and have some fun, this is the place for you!
