this company has no idea of customer service!!! use another company for importing, I have had goods sitting in Sydney for release for over a week now, no call to say it was in the country, and just happened to do a track and trace and found it is being held for duty, have to wait over  50 mins each time and then get cut off after about 53 mins, So how the hell do I pay duty if no idiot will answer the phone!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!if I could give 0 star I would

I was expecting a package but UPS was only able to deliver it during business hours. I am unable to be at home during business hours. The UPS office was kind enough to allow me go to their Warehouse after hours to collect my package.

Haven't actually been into the location in person so this doesn't apply to the actual in person service. However, I had a pickup scheduled for a day and I needed it picked up that day. There was about an hour left of the time period that I selected and I was starting to get a big worried since I gave them an 8 hour time frame. I decided to give them a call, spoke to the first nice lady who passed me onto someone in charge of pick ups. She was also very polite and helpful. The phone call only lasted a couple of minutes and I got all of the information that I needed which was great.

Worst Company to deal with. Unable to provide an ETA on parcel pickup and delivery. They dont have strong footprint in Australia and they relying sub contractors to act on their behalf. Please refrain from using their services.
