New development growing quickly. Nearby 5-10min driving distance shopping centres. Will need its own shopping places to increase in its value.

Do include a $1,150 Community Infrastructure Levy in your calculations that every lot owner needs to pay under a "different arrangement" with Wyndham Council before one obtains a building permit. The best part is that it's not spelt out in the Contract, and the sales team conveniently fails to highlight.
