I live in The Quay estate - developed by Intrapac Property. Intrapac is now developing Quay2. A lot of friends of our The Quay' residents are buying in Quay2! Everyone here in The Quay, including me, is SO PLEASED with the estate's expert master planning / design and ABSOLUTELY LOVE living here. Intrapac has developed a wonderful inclusive neighbourhood attracting inclusive neighbours that are extended family and are highly involved in community events. I do not hesitate in recommending any Intrapac estate to you. Their communities are wonderful to live in at any point of your life!!! : )

Where to start!!! If I could rate these people less than one star I would, the most unprofessional property devolopers i`ve ever seen, NO communication, irresponsible, and worse than that unhuman We recently bought a house & land package from Intrapac developers (Somerfield estate, Keysborough), settlement was on the 22nd of June this year. They provided us with with an address, when we called our energy provider to be connected, they coudn't locate it. After 2 weeks or so, the electricity was suddenly cut off without any warning. In that day my little daughter was serously ill staying with me and taking antibiotics that needs to be kept in the fridge, I called my husband at work from my mobile which have 2% of battery life, and told him about the power interruption, then he called the builder (SAW). The lady at the reception said they have nothing to do with it and that it is the developer's decision. Then my husband called Intrapac and they told him that is the builder's decision. He spent all afternoon trying to get to the bottom of who's responsible and trying to get the connection back when he should be working. The developer and the builder were blaming each other and no one had the courage to own up. My husband called united energy to investigate further and get us connected again, they then confirmed that it was an order from the developer. My daughter took one week off school (thanks to Intrapac) as she has to get new antibiotics, and have the medical certificate and perscription signed and explaned from the doctor to prove it. When my husband arrived he found us with candels and my daughter shivering in a state of seisure. It was the most horrid day ever! Not to mention that 3 weeks living in a new built house it was already falling apart: The toilet was leaking and flooded the all the bathroom floor the letter box keys were wrong, we just got them after begging them, the front door was crooked ,the kitchen pantry door fell down. .........and that is just the begining Sorry to make you read all of this, but I would advise you to think twice before dealing with INTRAPAC and SAW.
