Excellent service from nurses to vets, all of whom displayed good knowledge of our dog's health and well being from the first visit. Not too pushy with expensive care options and treatment will come with a full write up, including before/after photos. Discharge parts were very helpful, and a refund was sorted when the vet changed the prescribed medication. There's also an excellent range of animal products, and a tank full of turtles to keep anxious masters occupied. Go here to get your animal the best care.
We took our cat to UH Vets after an injury and were seen the same day. The vet was fantastic, putting us at ease about the cats welfare and recommended treatment plan including an idea of price. We had a follow up phone call that day as the cat was admitted, reassuring us the cat was doing well and at what stage treatment was at. We then got a further follow up call from the Vet 4 days later, to check up on the progress the cat was was making with its injury and medication! Absolutely brilliant service all round from the team at UH Vet Hospital - thank you.
The vets and receptionists and vet nurses are all very helpful and friendly. The vet hospital is a nice and spacious place to be, and the vets both take their time with us and our passed dog and now our new puppy. Very good.
Terrible service, would not recommend. Got a phone call yesterday saying the test results for my dog were back and the vet would phone me to discuss the next day. The vet never called. When followed up they said they don't have the results. When I mentioned that contradicts the call from yesterday and that I feel I'm getting the run around, no apology or anything... Nd i still dont have the test results

Ruth is such a lovely vetanarian. The ladies behind the counter are also very nice.
We have enrolled our cat and now German Shepherd puppy. We also enrolled our puppy in the puppy school. We are local and want to keep it local. I went to buy some puppy biscuits which is recommended by the Vet last time I took my puppy there. There were no notes on file and when asked for help the receptionist did not know anything about the products they are selling and said they were under the pump so no VET can help. I mentioned I will go somewhere else and she said ok. This is what is happening. Its disgusting we as pet owners are thinking of finding another vet.
