Fergus visited PETVET for the first time & LOVED it!! The staff were all so friendly & he made it through his 3rd vaccinations no problem - all the treats helped ofc!! Completely relaxed visit for Fergus & loads of patience for his new mum!
Thank you so much for helping us at such short notice with putting down our dog Jed. The team couldn't have been more accommodating, compassionate and sincere. They even stayed open later to let us come down to send him off and organized the cremation. Thank you also for our condolence card, it sure means a lot. Cheers John and family
Me and my family came to know of Pet vet when our cat died earlier this year, we had no where else to go to get her cremated as our previous vet werent as caring as the staff from Pet Vet, theyre compassion and friendliness made us feel welcomed and comfortable, they took our cat with ease and picked her up a week later followed by sympathy cards which was so thoughtful. Another one waa they showed such support when we put our dog down 6 weeks ago due to him being sick they comforted us and gave us the space we needed to put our dog down. Fast forward we now have a new pup added to the family and have registered with Pet Vet. Highly recommend, payment plans are awesome and our pup seems to enjoy the attention too.
Always friendly, professional and super stoked to see your pet. By fawning over my dog who is, admittedly, super cute, they give me the happy feels. Get some Petvet in ya life.
PetVet is not my usual vet, but I was more than happy with the friendly team. The vet was good with my dog, and we have a successful outcome. Also, the bill was significantly less than I would have paid elsewhere. Pet Vet for the win!
We had to get our boy put down by emergency euthanasia several weekends ago & this practice was prompt with getting us in & sorted, very supportive & informative & patient throughout the whole ordeal & also didn't charge the earth for the services provided. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their practice. Thank you team !
When my cat Gary passed, PetVet gave me a lovely handwritten card. They care about their animals and people, and I really appreciate that.
160 dollars for a 15 min consult with cat.was also overcharged for worming tablets because reception werent sure of the price.was told this would be credited to my account to have them try charge us again when paying for 15min consult. Really overpriced and probably wont return. There are some incredible people that work here however, when my cat was hit by a car last year and we rushed her to the closest vet we could find the staff were fabulous and sincere and did their utmost best and even sent us a card later I will always be thankful for that
Really thoughtful, friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to find an appointment that suited us.
Great service getting an appointment over the Christmas period.
