Situated in the vibrant heart of Adelaide, just a hop, skip and a jump from the Rundle Mall shopping district and some of the city’s best cafés, restaurants and bars; City East campus offers an abundance of hands-on learning opportunities, services, and social and leisure activities to complement your academic pursuits.
Located on the corner of North Terrace and Frome Road on the cusp of the CBD, City East has the State’s only programs in physiotherapy, podiatry, pharmacy, medical radiation, occupational therapy and human movement. It is also home to nursing and midwifery, and the medical sciences. Other programs include construction management, geographic information systems, planning and geoinformatics and surveying.
The campus is home to a number of public services and clinics, including physiotherapy and podiatry services. These give students the opportunity to gain vital practical experience under professional supervision, while UniSA students, staff and the greater public can also benefit by accessing these services at discounted rates, or even for free.
A new outdoor plaza is centrally located, providing an ideal spot to relax with friends over lunch or a drink. The campus fitness centre also provides a place to unwind and keep fit.
City East has research expertise in the fields of nutritional physiology, allied health and health care and pharmaceutical science. Research is undertaken on campus at the world-class Sansom Institute.
City East is home to the Centre for English Language in the University of South Australia (CELUSA) and South Australian Institute of Business and Technology (SAIBT).
