It was an absolute privilege to be given the opportunity to successfully complete the Growth Module Program at the Australian Centre for Business Growth. Give yourself a gift and join one of their amazing courses, you won't regret it.
If you are serious about growing your business then the Business Growth programs are ideal. In particular, Module 3's notes about innovation and the executive team will be invaluable. The access to growth experts and leaders who have been there - started, grown, acquired and sold their own businesses - means you are learning from the people who have been there and done it before you.
If you are looking to grow your business and align your team I would highly recommend you undertaking the the Business Growth programs of the ACBG. I found the modules so rewarding. It was fantastic to have a great team of presenters step us through a framework that provided a basis to understand much of what we knew implicitly but now had a common language to articulate. A great program to align purpose, team and performance.
The course in its entirety is 100% worth it, getting the ELT team together to understand and develop the strategy for the business has been great, all of the team have provided great feedback and advised it has been the best thing we have undertaken for the business, which has been great to hear! Oh and without the course we probably would not have been able to put together a plan to raise 30M - Happy and Busy days ahead!
The presentation of this course was very detailed and required us to peel back many layers that had built up over 20 years. It provided valuable insights into how to invoke change and growth, in a simple to follow manner. Just make sure you take the right people along with you to ensure the best outcomes for your business. Choose carefully!
