The administration quality is fairly low, though I did find customer service at North Terrace UniSA at the time to be of good quality. The front facing staff at the Jeffrey Smart Building are the rudest people you could encounter, they treat students like a garbage bag. Not nice. I think the problem was that I am not a true blue local ozzie and I was the wrong continental European heritage not of UK heritage or what have you. I found my degree to be unlikeable in experience due to how disorganized the staff were and quickly withdrew when census day came round because overall I had no faith in my course and the institution.
One of the best university in AustralianHigh speed internet, multiple vacancy computers allow students to access, Nice facilities and sufficient quiet study place, but poor security service for lost and found.
They try their best to fail the Students. Also don’t respect the international students. It’s only business university. I really highly don’t recommend it at all!
