Amazing environment. All the instructors are qualified Physios so the exercises are safe and targeting key area. I especially enjoy doing the ropes yoga and Pilates sessions. They pay attention to detail- appropriate space to get changed, offer free tea and moisturiser for example. Highly recommend

We have purchased two weeks trial pack with my two friends & tried few diffrent classes in the Fitzroy studio unfortunately the insturactors were very rude to us :(
