Rochelle went above and beyond to help me with an inflammatory problem in my foot. She is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her work. I also felt Rochelle to be non-judgmental in not assuming my issues were caused by weight.

In July 2017, I felt a sharp pain around my hip area after a stretching routine at home. When I called Rochelle, she immediately booked me in on the same day. Rochelle’s help, professionalism and genuine care was beyond my expectations, which led us to a deeper conversation about the root cause of my hip pain as well as my daily yoga routine, other techniques and exercises to help prevent further injuries in the future. Her treatment was amazing, that it gave my hip area immediate relief. She also customises each session to your needs and deeply cares about your health in the long-term. Can't recommend her enough!

I had terrible knee injury and Rochelle helped me to get back to normal walking again. She tailored my excercise / rehabilitation to my pace, time and ability so I can do daily routine at my desk while I am working and minimal catching up at home. She is genuinely caring and passionate about physio therapy, she always listens and gives generous time for appointment.

Rochelle has given myself and my children amazing treatment and takes extra care to  follow up after treatments and see how you are feeling and if things have improved.  This shows real commitment and passion to her profession and the most important part is that we are feeling great because of her care.

Rochelle is a fantastic Physio Therapist. I have been seeing her for 2 years. She helped me get through Pre and Postnatal 'TWIN' pregnancy. I am a small build and my body went through lots of discomfort carrying twins. If it wasn't for Rochelle, my pregnancy experince would have been 10 times worse. I always felt great after my sessions. She makes the environment welcoming and relaxing (great when your pregnant!) and is very passionate about physio health. She provided me with home tools as well which I use now after 10 months pregnancy postpartum. I would highly recommend her.
