Dissapointed. I bought a pilates pack and saw Margaux who was an amazing physio and pilates teacher. I did this in January of this year. After a trip overseas, I was looking forward to returning, but I was delayed due to a return to study and change of job. I was struggling to make time within my busy schedule. I rang yesterday and was told Margaux had left on short notice and that I still had one assessment class left, but that I had to attend more classes before I could redeem this. Presumably paying for more classes. I understand it is now the end of May and that I had only done one or two classes, but I had bought a package thinking I could continue when I returned. Yes, it is my responsibility to ensure I keep a record of such things and I would of seen another physio and continued on with classes, if the explanation was told in a less officious and blunt manner. I no longer want to come back. Their seems to be a lack of transparency with what I had actually purchased. Previously the communication was so genuine and friendly. Anyway, at least now I can try somewhere else and not feel like I am missing anything.

Had been seeing a chrio for about 4-5 months for a lower back pain that I had for nearly 1 year. I found that the best the Chrio could do was get me back to about 50% of being pain free. It really wasn't enough so I went and seen Ben who has been really good. After about 3-4 visits I am feeling a lot better and almost back to where I was before the back pain. I am getting greater range of movement and starting to build up core strength. The best part is I am getting better sleep!!!

I saw Margaux after I had some knee pain from running too much. It took me 2 months of pain before I saw her, but she didn't make me feel bad or tell me off like other physics may have, she just took care of the problem. It turns out I'd been moving wrong my whole life with a strange gait, which caused my runners knee, and Margaux gently worked with me over a number of weeks to correct this. I never felt she forced or manipulated anything at any point, just gently guided things to where they were meant to be. She was encouraging, knowledgeable, supportive and very enthusiastic. I highly recommend seeing her! The only down side might be some of the facilities at the clinic. Great pilates equipment, but to do a running assessment we had to go down the road to the gym, as there wasn't one on site.

Margaux the physiotherapist is very professional, helpful and patient. She has been helping my teenage son through back pain and a sports injury, he has felt better with each treatment and he is on the way to a full recovery. We are very happy with the treatment and service received at this clinic.

I've been doing clinical pilates at Premier in Thornbury for a couple of years now. I've worked with several different instructors over that time, and they are all excellent. Each class is individually tailored to meet whatever's going on for me when I arrive. The vibe is relaxed, intimate and in no way intimidating, you'll find people of all ages, shapes, genders and sizes attending classes there, and the staff are all lovely. I also see Nathan for Myotherapy sometimes. He's an excellent therapist.
