I recently had a series of fairly daunting procedures done here and the staff got me through them with a lot of skill, care and kindness. Reception staff were lovely too. Thank you.

I have been trying for three months to book my MRI on line for Bruce private hospital. They kept me several times on hold more than two hours. This is when I was told I am no 1 in the queue. Their system is so hopeless when I tried on line booking, always IMED TAKES OVER.no solution unless I get some one drive there to book. Never came across such system in any country what is in NATION'S CAPITAL in Australia.. I Will give them minus 10 if had a choice

Dr. Rohit Tahmane for all things vascular. He was able to find my abdominal anyeurysm when others couldn't. A real life saver. The person who attended to my CT scan today was exceptional and his customer service skills were on point.

Arrived at 7:30 in the morning for MRI scan with contrast. The receptionist was nice but the Operator that did the scan was exceptional. Friendly, emphatic , kind and professional .  His name was MARK and I really hope that all of his colleagues are so well trained as him . Thank you Mark for doing such an amazing job. 50yrs old patient .

Arrived early for a 6pm appointment to find the place dark and locked up. All this afterconfirming the appointment a couple of days ago. An hours travel for nothing :-

The receptionists could do with an attitude readjustment, I've also had a sonographer give me medical advice and diagnosis of my unborn baby....but when I'm given the ultrasound report they have changed what was originally stated during the appointment. Very unprofessional.

Excellent booking system and quick, no nonsense imaging. Small coffee kiosk and comfortable lounges outside in the lobby if you do get stuck. Parking can be an issue at busy times.

Hanna at reception with rude behaviour please be polite with people who already hurt and sick so don't make them more worse with your a bad attitude .if you don't know how to treat or great people at the counter learn from your colleagues for God sake

Good place, bit crowned in morning time, but appointments are on time. Staff are very kind and professional. Lot of parking available on site. Easy to find and convenient place. Nice coffee shop is available in the lobby, little company cafee.
