United World travel helped me obtain a working visa to Saudi Arabia. Both Nesrein and Mahmoud were very kind and helpful, very supportive throughout the process and always answered all my questions. They are highly experienced with what they do, and are aware of all the regulations and process for obtaining the visa. Highly recommend this travel agency.

Booked 2 tickets Sydney to Lebanon over the phone and whatsapp , canceled a ticket a day after booking, was told i would be refunded an amount, 1 YEAR LATER was sent email transcript between United Travel and the supposed airlines that my tickets were non refundable, was never advised tickets were non refundable by United travel upon purchase, was even told that my refund would take between 6 to 8 weeks, united travel would not take responsibility for their mistake, they just left my message on whatsapp on read and ignored the fact that they were responsible for the transaction.

Honestly. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place and Mahmoud are an absolute joke. Was quoted a price over the phone and then charged a different price when i arrived at the shop. It was only $100 plus the credit card fee , so i took it on the chin. Today , 13 /6/22 flight due to depart 9.00 pm to Doha then on to Amman. Whilst browsing on Sydney Airport website , i realised that the flight was cancelled till the next day , and then the connecting flight changed from a 3 hour transit into a 10 hour transit. I called the owner Mahmood on his phone. The level of arrogance from this sad excuse for a businessman was too much. he , YES the TRAVEL AGENT had no idea that the flight was cancelled. He assured me that this was not cancelled. Travelled to the airport.. you guessed it , flight was cancelled. spoke to MAHMOOD again.... and he simply hung up on me. I tried calling him , he would not answer. my wife tried calling him. he did not answer. others from the airport tried calling him. he did not answer. this grub needs to be avoided at all costs!! pay less elsewhere .. heck , pay more if you have to , just for piece of mind when travelling a 20 hour flight , especially with a 5 year old and an 8 year old in toe. Mahmood ... get a life . I would say what I really think of you on this post.... however I am a gentleman.. unlike you.

Best customer service in rockdale for your travel needs

Rubbish service! Provided good service when you walk in but after you make the payment, they completely forget you exist. Had issues with flights and got zero assistance after it was purchased. Called them numerous times and was told sorry we can’t help you anymore. Had to go amend my flights and travel plans with another agent.

Incompetent staff and disgraceful service. You will be better off booking your own flights through skyscanner given you end up doing everything yourself if you engage this business. Save yourself the headache and don't use this business.

Truly exceptional services, they are fast reliable and expert at what they do.Thanks for your prompt replies and fast process.

This place is a joke you make a booking they stuff it up ...you try and get a refund the boss finds all the excuses not to refund then he lies and says already been paid never deal with this travel agency is a joke

Some of the agents are helpful while others are not. They will put you on hold straight away and when you do try to get more information regarding flights they are dismissive and do not attempt to help you. I even had one worker hang up on me after I enquired as to why the prices are more expensive than online prices. Definitely should be careful with who you talk with because some of them seem to not care whatsoever and work begrudgingly.
