Highly recommend their service.My husband and I have been booking holidays with Janene and the team for a few years now. Just wish we had booked all our travel with them when Covid struck. Trying to solve issues and get refunds yourself is a nightmare. They made it far easier on the legs we booked with them.

My favorite Travel Agency. I popped in here to do some currency exchange for a holiday we are going on shortly, which was booked through Helloworld Travel in Menai. Great customer service at the currency exchange desk. The woman that served me was friendly and very informative. I received a good rate for my exchange, they had plenty of notes available in the currencies I required and we had a chat about our holiday. A great experience.

Whether you're planning a big international trip or just a domestic holiday it's definitely worth seeing Daniel and the team to ensure your holiday is the absolute best it can be! Always received fantastic service and they ensure every detail is accounted for as well as calling on their wealth of personal experience to recommend sites and activities for our trips.

We have now booked 4 holidays through Helloworld Bankstown and have experienced the utmost professionalism every time. Our travel agent Daniel has great attention to detail and is always willing to assist us with every aspect of our holiday planning.

Tried to give zero stars, but google wouldn’t allow it. No customer service at this travel agent Apparently only the foreign exchange service desk is good, according to previous posts, but I haven’t dealt with her. Once you’ve paid for your ticket, this office leaves you high and dry when you need them to resolve flight issues. They also become irate and literally scream at you over the phone. Ask for a manager, they transfer you to the consultant that booked your flight instead and you can actually hear them speaking to each other relaying what you are saying. They have a “who cares” attitude. Ask them about meals that you requested when you booked your flight months ago, they’ll tell you it’s only a 2 hour flight or that no meals are provided when meals were definitely provided. They have absolute no clue, I’m wondering if any of them have ever even travelled before.

We have booked quite a few holidays with Helloworld at Bankstown now and all our holidays have been fantastic. Daniel and his team are professional, prompt with communication, friendly and we have been very happy with every trip so far. Highly recommend Helloworld at Bankstown.

We have used HelloWorld for our last few Domestic and international Holidays. They have always provided exceptional service and nothing seems to be too much trouble. They are always friendly and provide a personal service any time of the day. We will continue to be using them for our holidays and will definitely recommend them.

I have a credit from 2020 and Matthew has been extremely helpful in helping me explore different flight options. Always easy to contact and speak to.
