Where do I start? A bunch of inexperienced extremely rude people
We went in there and waited to be served for 30minutes while staff members are joking and having their family come visit them. We have not even been asked if we need help or if how can be helped? We were shocked with the level of rudeness and lack of professionalism. We ended up going downstairs to another agent and buying $12,000 worth of tickets.
Whatever rush you are in, never go there. Shame this thing does not have minus star rating they deserve minus 1000

First i want to say is that i was given the wrong flight details by Dean tran flight centre at bankstown 
He told me that i didn't have to transit, all he said was is that i had to stay on the plane while the plane had to re fuel but in actual i had to get off the plane and get immigration permit and change to another plane.
Other things is that i requested for a special meal and window seat which i didn't receive any of that service which gave me a very unpleasant and frustrating flight. Id never expected such bad and irresponsible service after choosing flight centre as my best option to book with. Hope this service would improve  in the near future. Thanks

Not willing to help and they brush you off after repetitive emails they never bothered responding .
