not opening but accept online order, Canceled up on arrival, How is ur business still running? No one use ur fuel already, And Still messing with customers that buying ur stuff especially online, People went there for nothing and headback wasted their time. And its a mircle that you still have some very few customers ordering with uber eats.
call themselves PIE FACE but have ONE pie on offer online for late night Uber, one vegan pie and that’s it, every single night, and nothing else! Pretty bad. I know they have other things than pies but it’s in their name lol do they not care about their business? honestly, look at the reviews! They keep responding to the reviews saying ‘it’s not the standard’, but look at your own reviews!! it obviously is the standard. I mean ppl will order elsewhere I guess but geez don’t you want business?
Placed an online order, the order was accepted, sent out for delivery and then the entire order cancelled upon "delivery" without a single notification from the restaurant. If you don't have an item in stock or can't fulfill an order, don't accept it.
My friend ordered me doughnuts to cheer me up. Did not get the ones she ordered and when i took a bite they were hard and stale. So disgusting.
We put a full tank of petrol into our car on Monday. Yes it was the right fuel within a few km into our journey. After we filled up our engine light came on. Car was sputtering and didn't sound healthy. Our car has been parked up since Monday. Cancelling our day out, car is going to a mechanic today who told us it's probably contaminated fuel. Once our fuel has been dipped for testing we will know more. Phoned head office still waiting on a call back. Will never fill up here again.
They had their carwash refurbished. You now have to pay by card to use carwash. That's fine. I pressed the $2 option just to give car a quick rinse. I looked at my bank statement the following day and realised I infact had been charged $3.80. when the tap screen clearly stated $ 2.25 surcharge included. Sneaky little rort indeed. May not seem much but imagine how many people have been ripped off by this scam
If i could give no star i would. I popped in just to get a pie as i was near by. The attendant was on his mobile carried on talking in his own language i asked for what i wanted he then put his phone on the counter on speaker got what i wanted while still having a conversation with his friend.Where is the manners and good customer service.I'll never go there again.
The unleaded 95 I bought there on Monday 23/3 was contaminated with water and dirt.. my car is now at the mechanics and a very large $$$ cost . Who should i contact re being compensated for this?
pies are luke warm and stale - went specifically for Pie Face Pies as recomended by a friend and were just awful
Car wash bays and the vacs are completely ruined the new owner doesn't maintain a thing inside is filthy with sticky floors.. Bring back pas pantry
