Absolutely horrif customer service!! Avoid at all costs.nEmployees would not open the other till even though there eftpos machine wasn't working got yelled at to cancel it and use a different card! 5 people in the line and 1 till open with 2 employees behind the counter
We attempted to use the car wash and kept slowly edging forward as the light was flashing green still. Once we got to the bump it was still green so we moved forward and the machine malfunctioned. The lady in the petrol station was one of the rudest attendants I have encountered. She told me if I did it again she will not refund me. Safe to say we did not bother spending money here. As Coolum locals, we will not be returning.
Extremely rude attendant telling people to move their cars, as people were getting in their cars to leave and using baseless excuses to justify - a firewood and kindling delivery couldn’t be made? In the height of summer? I was vacuuming my car in the next bay and there was no such delivery attempted. He should be happy his service station is busy with a captive tourist market instead of yelling at them …
Was going to buy fuel after dropping my wife off to go shopping next door but old mate servo attendant got aggressive at me for parking temporarily, just amazes me that someone can be so rude and not speak English properly. Avoid this place go somewhere friendly.
Was a regular customer until this morning. I was chilling out at the servo talking to a friend with my car in a parking spot out of the way. The worker came out and told me to leave in a rude way because its not a public carpark. Wont be coming back again…..
