Extremely rude attendant telling people to move their cars, as people were getting in their cars to leave and using baseless excuses to justify - a firewood and kindling delivery couldn’t be made? He should be happy his service station is busy with a captive tourist market instead of yelling at them …
Was a regular customer until this morning. I was chilling out at the servo talking to a friend with my car in a parking spot out of the way. The worker came out and told me to leave in a rude way because its not a public carpark. Wont be coming back again…..
Please train your staff on how to perform a motorpass transaction. Its a problem every time I come here.
I’ve always used United Petroleum Coolum but my son picked up a gas bottle exchange a couple of days ago and it was empty when we went to use it last night. No problem, surely a misunderstanding where cylinders were mixed up. He tried to return it last night but was told to return when the manager was available. He did so this morning and was clearly not believed. The lady was most insistent she’d be the one $32 out of pocket. After some exchange she reluctantly agreed but did not bother to acknowledge my son or his thank you when he returned the key. I don’t see this as reasonable customer service.nWe’ve lived in Coolum around 40 years. I realise the managers of United do not know this but we’ve always bought our petrol there. They know me. Very disappointing and I doubt we will return for petrol in the future.
No public toilets even though customers are able to buy food and coffees etc.
