Says you open today yet you guys no anwering phone when check site says you open do I need my repeats for my night meds NOW you only have me a weeks you no I can only get you guys on mondays. I not walking down with my knee find you guys closes will make knee worse the walk.
The service and efficiency was the best I have received any where. I needed a Vax Pass for my Mum who is 90 and the staff member sorted it for me almost straight away. The system was down so she sent me an email with in an hour. Just great, it fixed our problem with out any issues despite the fact that the pharmacy was full of customers and there appeared to be only a couple of staff on . A BIG THANKS AGAIN
Worst service. Very rude to my elderly mother on one occasion and myself on another. We will move our scripts when they need renewing. They don't listen they complain about you within ear shot and just down right rude. Need some serious customer service training.
Booked my covid booster, no problem.
Waited in line for an hour to get my vaccine and there were only a few people in front of me. No apology given for the wait. Ridiculous will never EVER go back here again. If I could give a zero star, I would .
Great service and helpful staff there. Everything I got there is working and I got a significant discount although I had a loyalty card, but it was my first visit there. Love it.
Great shop, highly recommend! So nice that they offer vaccinations here on site.
All staff are friendly and professional. They provide the level of service that was once normal but now harder to find. A true community pharmacy experience.
