City pharmacy have been amazing to myself and my daughter. It's really nice that they offer a delivery option! Thanks everyone who works there...especially the delivery person.

Be ideal if you were able to stay open, until after hours next door closes or at least open just for scripts that come directly from there during opening hours.nUnderstand sometimes it may not be worth opening for a couple of hours longer but even if u shut the door for patients that haven't been seen to by a Dr that evening would be helpful.

Harsha Patel was extremely... Harsh towards me pun absolutely intended. She is apparently the pharmacy manager but she certainly doesn't have the ability to manage herself around paying customers. As a health worker myself, I understand and appreciate that medicine and consumers can be a complicated, busy and even stressful business. However, instead of taking accountability, explaining or even apologising for the wait or about the medication, she looked me up and down, judged or scoffed at my answers, gave me stares, seemed irritated. I also understand that many conditions can present with similar symptoms but she unhelpfully questioned my experience of symptoms to make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and was critical of my situation. She obviously doesn't adhere to any customer or health model standards and doesn't understand SDoH. She also seems quite lazy, walking around the store or breathing down the other workers necks or yakking and holds an aura of self-righteousness. It's obvious she's been there too long and is too comfortable and about time she retired. The young, blonde girl who served me was wonderful, attentive and non-judgemental and could've made a better customer service manager.

Harsha is a rude and ill tempered individual. She obviously doesn't have the spirit of a real health care professional. Only in it for her own bottom line.

Murray, you're the best pharmacist I've ever encountered in the whole of New Zealand. You're such a helpful man with a wonderful personality!!!
