I had difficulties with one of their machines not beginning a wash cycle despite the money ($4) being inserted and contacted the owner. On three occasions I told them of my difficulty and not once did I get a response. Is this a new way of doing business? Take the money and don't answer customer queries? Not even an answer to tell me that they would not help me. Very poor customer service!
