Fantastic service and amazingly dedicated staff! We had Will come out to clean our White Leather Couch that had been heavily used for over 7 years and to be honest, we'd given up on ever getting it clean again. Will took this on as a challenge and has restored it to it's former glory! I can't recommend this company highly enough.
The clean was good, the overall customer service received was dissapointing. Based on our experience, we will choose to use a different service next time.
They arrived on time and got on with the job and we're very pleased with the results.
I knew mentally how dirty my carpets and couches were as I have dogs and young children but I didn't realise just how much that build up of life and dirt could age them. Focused on cleaning made our couches and carpet look almost brand new again. It was refreshing and the team are so down to earth. Highly recommend them!
Reliable, trustworthy and excellent results! I've been a customer of Focused on Cleaning for over 5 years and I couldnt be happier with the services they have provided over this time and 2 different homes. We've been using Tim and his team for the past 5 years. We have not found a better carpet cleaner in Toowoomba. I have 3 boys and they can leave our carpets looking a little bit worse for wear. Every time we have had them cleaned they have come up perfectly, we have never had to have them re done when moving out of a rental property either. If anyone asks for a recommendation for carpets or tiles these are the first and only guys I suggest. Focused on Cleanings customer service is above and beyond, your treated as a VIP not just another lot of $$$ in the bank. Thank you so much for all the jobs you have done for me.
